1) The first thing you have to do is press the Windows and R button simultaneously. A popup window called Windows services console will appear on your screen.

On the windows service console-type services.msc and click OK.

2) After opening the services console, the next thing you have to do is in the name category, go to the remote desktop services option and select properties by doing the right click.

3) The third thing you have to follow is in the General tab, go to the startup type option and select automatic.

After doing it, click apply.

4) After applying all these tactics, the last thing has to do restart your computer and open Avast Antivirus.

Moreover, if the problem still persists, then you need to reinstall the Avast Antivirus.
